Despoina offers support in the uptake and maintenance of Pagan rituals throughout daily life. During life transitions, the soul may tire and dim. With gentle spiritual guidance and care, she works to reconnect you to the divine.

WHO?

Despoina's IDEAL CLIENT are those who seek to solve problem thoughts or behaviours by more intuitive means and to those who are experiencing life challenges/transitions.

HOW?

• We will incorporate the powers of nature, rituals, intention-setting, mindfulness and extreme self-care. We will focus on the aetiology of your issue, shed light on its early development and correct the processes which reinforce and sustain the problem behaviour. 

• We will set up very manageable practices to “un-pair” the thoughts and subsequent behaviours that you wish to change. Like anything, change takes practice, and the beauty of this technique is reward bundling. My aim is to have you find absolute joy in the practice of removing your problem behaviours.
